Here at Progression, frameworks are our passion and we make a point of gathering, creating and sharing best in class content to support our users.

To help you build a framework that truly works for you, we have created a skills library and a framework library that you can use to help create your very own framework.

Before we continue, now might be a good time to recap on our 'Inspiration' collection. Where we talk through the steps you should take before constructing your framework on Progression, don't forget collaboration is key!

It's a good idea to have your team structure in place before you start assigning skills to different roles. Take a look at our framework library to get inspiration on what your team could look like.

So, you're inspired, you have the structure of the team in place and now it's time to dig in to the good stuff. It's time to visit the skills library.

The library holds all skills that have been made public on Progression, so not only can you view and use skills that we have crafted, but also skills that have been made by awesome companies like Monzo and Intercom.

All skills within the library are tagged, so that you can easily find what you are looking for. You can filter results by skill name, author and tag. So, for example if you're looking for skills relating specifically to engineering you can take a look at the 'Web Engineering' tag and you'll find skills like Coding and Testing.

The library is constantly growing and so if you're looking for a skill that's not currently published, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to help make that happen! You can also create your own skills from scratch, and amend skills if they're not quite right for you.

Don't forget! If you create new skills and you are happy to share these with other Progression users, you can make your skills public too.
